We accept the following methods of payment Credit Cards - VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and DEBIT card as well paypal. If you choose to pay via Direct Deposit please email us at email@example.com to send you an invoice and we can send through our bank details. Please note we will not release or hold goods until full payment has been received this can take a few days to hit our account pending on what bank you are with.
Please note unless stated otherwise our items DO NOT come assembled - if your product requires assembly instructions will be included within the packaging. If you are still having problems assembling your item - please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to assist you. Please note some of our cushions do not come with inserts - we will state this in description if this is not the case. Please also note not all of our lighting comes with globes we will state this in the description if this is not the case.
Placing an order
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Once payment has been confirmed, we will then send you another email that we have dispatched your goods with our tracking number. Please see Returns & Shipping policy for lead times and other information. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch.
When an item is out of stock we occasionally offer pre-order sales. You will see this when the button is highlighted stating pre order. We will also have an approximate date that the item is due in. The date can change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances with our suppliers. By clicking pre order & checking out this will reserve stock for you in the next shipment and will be sent out to you as soon as it arrives into warehouse. If you order more than one item we will ship what is in stock out to you and once the backorder arrives you will get sent the items out. You will not be charged twice for shipping.
Pricing & Availability
If an item is out of stock it will be listed as this on the website. We try our best to have all our items fully stocked so they are available at all times. There are times when popular products can go out of stock and we apologise for any inconvenience.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
From time to time we will announce store wide sales. You have to manually enter a codeword that will be used at checkout to redeem the discount. Unfortunately once payment has been made you cannot enter the codeword, please ensure to remember to enter this at checkout so you can redeem the discount. Codewords will be announced on social media as well as on the front page when we have sales.
There is never a good time to put an item on sale, if you have bought an item and then it goes on sale unfortunately we cannot refund the difference. We do not refund or exchange any sale items.
